Up for sale is a amazing set of 12 dinner plates made by Royal Doulton. These plates feature a ornate scalloped edge, a creamy colored border and white center. They are just covered with raised gold scroll work decorations. These were made for someone important in the early 1900’s. The name on the back “Higgins & Seiter” was a highend china and pottery distributor from NYC in the early 1900’s. I found these at a nice antique estate sale in Cortland NY.
