Exquisite set of twelve vintage Royal Doulton dinner plates featuring elegant gold scrollwork and ornate detailing on a cream ground. Each border is decorated with oval medallions within ribbon tied foliate swags, pattern RA6952. These beautiful plates were produced exclusively for Davis Collamore & Co Ltd, Fifth Avenue, New York, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship Royal Doulton was known for in the early 1900s. The plates are in excellent antique condition overall. There are a few light utensil scratches and some faint wear on the gold borders consistent with gentle use, but they remain in beautiful shape with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Additionally, there is some light wear on the underside, where the plate rests on the table, as the backside of these plates is also gilded.
