From a local estate, here is a beautiful lot of SIX 9 Dinner Plates I suppose it is possible that these are luncheon plates, but most Limoges sets I’ve seen from this period have smaller dinner plates… They ate smaller portions back then, I suppose plates from Theodore Haviland Limoges France (not sure which Schleiger number this is, but certainly a nice one with double gold) in a Dogwood pattern. They are marked on the base with the Theodore Haviland mark as well as the retailer “Denholm and McKay Company Worcester Mass” and they are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs.
