Here’s a set of twelve dinner plates from a fine Florida estate. They feature a heavy gold encrusted rim with a scroll and leaf design, thin bands of green on either side, and a gold laurel band bordering. They are marked with the Hutschenreuther Selb LHS lion logo. There is also a gold diamond shaped stamp with KIS? These plates measure 10 3/4 diameter. There are some dark spots on the gold on some plates. The single plate pictured is an example. It’s not extremely noticeable, depending on the light, but it’s there. I believe the gold will clean up but I’m no expert. Otherwise the plates are all in near mint, if not mint, condition. They have no chips, nicks, cracks or noted utensil marks.
