This is a beautiful Antique Royal Crown Derby. Dinnerware set for 8 (eight) with cream soup bowls and saucers. In their antique and very rare 8855 pattern. This is very rare plate and. Hard to find pattern. The set is decorated with rich gold gilt decorations at the rim. This amazing piece is both Ageless and Timeless. It will be a great gift – to yourself or a loved one. The set is accordingly marked with print and impressed Royal Crown Derby marks. The cipher under the dates the pieces between 1910 and 1913. 8 (eight) Dinner Plates – 10 3/8 in diameter. 8 (eight) Luncheon Plates – 9 1/4 in diameter. 8 (eight) Cream Soup Bowls – 3 1/2″ in diameter at the rim and 2 1/4″ deep. 8 (eight) Saucers for the bowls – 5 3/8 in diameter. 1 (one) Soup/Vegetable Tureen is – 10″ by 7 1/8″ at the rim and it is 5 tall to the end of the lid. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is possible to have some very minimal crazing if any and some utensils marks, consistent with its age.
