Recent Virginia estate find. Offering an absolutely stunning set of eight, Royal Doulton, England, 10 3/8 Dinner Plates in the E5655 p. Ndition with no chips, cracks, or crazing; light evidence of use and some plates have a small faint speck or two in the porcelain. Beautiful color with a deep white base color, a nice high sheen glaze and the gold embellishments are strong with only extremely slight loss; very strong overall. Back side has the Royal Doulton mark used between. 1902 and 1922, an embossed date marks of 1914 on most plates and 1915 on others, and a retail mark for Gilman Collamore & Co.
