This discontinued pattern was in production from 1987 to 2002… This exquisite Service Dinner plate features the red ground band gilt with panels of 24k encrusted gold flowers, foliate flowerheads and scroll divisions with a ivory white plate well.. The service dinner plate measure 10.75 inches (27cm) gold rim diameter. Minton manufactured backstamp along with Argyle name in gold… Light signs of previous use should be expected consistent with antique age and previous ownership – free of chips, cracks, hairlines, crazing with the possibility of slight to none on the utensil markings to the surface glaze… The embossed pattern looks good.. The items I sell are vintage, antique pieces and have been previously owned – these are not new store bought items… I also do my best to give detailed information on the vintage items….
