Very pretty scalloped edge porcelain dinner plate. Nicely decorated with a central scene showing a horse hunt scene with two men on horseback following hounds. With fancy gold gilt designs along the inner rim of the plate where the scene is. The border is maroon with fancy gold gilt floral scrollwork overlay. Marked Imperial Crown Austria in green. This mark was used by Bawo & Dotter between 1884 and 1914. Has wear to the gilding and a few very tiny glaze flakes to the maroon, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 9 5/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
