C1907-1919 Set of 12 Limoges Gilded Porcelain Dinner Plates Tressemann Vogt
Presented is a beautiful set of 12 Limoges porcelain dinner plates. The plates are white with wonderful gilded designs of floral swags and a wheat pattern around the rim and inner circle. This is very high quality, well done gilding work, detailed and with a nice raised feel. The plates are in fabulous condition. The gilding is in great shape, with no noticeable wear. There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs. The plates are marked on the underside with Limoges France in green with the initials T. Above it, and with a bell maker’s mark for Tressemann & Vogt in red. This maker’s mark was used from around 1907 to 1919. One of the plates only has the Limoges mark with the initials in green.
