Limoges Cobalt & Gold Victorian Watteau Scene 9 3/8 Inch Plate Circa 1890s Pretty scalloped edge porcelain plate decorated in the Sevres or Royal Vienna style. With a courting couple scene of a Victorian woman and gentleman in a Garden, leaning against a stone fence and surrounded by trees. With a deep cobalt blue border with gold gilt floral and triangle decoration. Marked on the back Limoges France in red. Has some minor wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 9 3/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
