Has design of a windmill, sailboat and more along the outer rim. Measures approximately 10-5/8 in diameter. Royal Bavarian with Lion and CHINA in the circle. There are some utensil marks on the plates (including through the gold in the middle). Some of the gold scrolling in the blue section is worn on some of the plates. There are some white areas in the middle cream section of many of the plates. It feels like the glaze and paint came off, but not really sure?? This sounds like alot of issues, but they are still AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL plates!! Stamped on the back. As always please wash as there are some dirty spots on the plates.
