This plate is stunning, and rare. Made by Fenton in the pattern: Nabob it is numbered 8545/14E. Made of Bone China in England. Cracks, chips, flea bites, crackling or repairs were not found. Appears to have been used only for display (thus listed as new – other). Note the cobalt blue is so rich it comes out in the photos as black. Each plate is slightly unique.
