A rare TINY grey dot maybe ingrained under the glaze – usually much smaller than than a pen dot. LFZ has strict quality control and these plates DID pass First Grade scrutiny and got the RED Lfz stamp. Grey dot (0-1-2 per plate) are Hard to notice but they do exist as porcelain paste is made from natural substances.
