What a beautifully elegant set of 12 Limoges plates. They were made for Cleveland Ohio’s premier Jeweler Cowell & Hubbard, circa 1890. Each measures 9.75dia and are decorated with two wide heavy embossed gold bands, with a band of large pink roses with small flower surrounds linked together with gold bows and swags.
