Gotha German Hand Painted Ruhla Topographical & Gold Scrollwork 9 1/4 Inch Plate Nice antique porcelain plate with relief molded and gilt highlighted scrollwork edge. Decorated in the center with a hand painted topographical landscape scene depicting the Ruhla framed in gold bands and scallops. With gold grape design along the border. Has an impressed Gotha mark and overglaze Gotha mark used between 1860 and 1883. Also signed on the reverse with the name of the scene, Ruhla, in black. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 1/4 inches wide.
