There are no chips, flea-bites or ceramic loss on any of the edges of any of the four large dinner plates. The interior basins are not scratched with noticeable prior utensil use. Set of four glazed and kiln-baked, hand-decorated, marbleized porcelain dishes. There’s some natural’crazing’ of the viscous and thick exterior variegated, marbleized, highly reflective, gloss glazed, clear-coat surface. The overall appearance of the plates, each and everyone of them, is well simply to die for. Extraordinary color and extraordinary overall vintage condition makes these Sascha Brastoff vintage dinner plates, plates perhaps’a plate above the rest. They will not disappoint but only amaze and leave whoever’s seated directly in front of them with an accompanying service, in sheer, utter and absolute amazement. These just aren’t beautiful plates. These are gorgeous and rather rare vintage plates by American Modernist ceramic artist Sascha Brastoff. Very Good to Excellent overall vintage condition.
