Golden Anniversary by BARRATTS Dinner Set
This is a gorgeous 42-piece set of vintage Barratts of Staffordshire Ltd. Fine china dinnerware — all featuring swirl rims, 22K thick gold verge striping and trim in the Golden Anniversary pattern (circa 1960s). Very good vintage condition, looks amazing on the table. One crack on a round covered vegetable dish, a few fleabites. The Royal Overhouse Manufactory, which was the home of the Barratts firm, is one of the oldest factories in Burslem and belonged for two centuries to the Wedgwood family. Royal Stafford was formed in March 1992 with the combination of two famous pottery factories, Barratts of Staffordshire and Royal Stafford China, both with a history in keeping with their well-known names.
