Nice reticulated porcelain dinner plate. Decorated with a hand painted floral bouquet with a pink rose in the center with other pink, purple, yellow, white and orange flowers. With gold gilt highlights to the reticulation. Marked on the bottom with an underglaze blue crossed swords mark with a star and two dots below in imitation of the Marcolini mark. This mark was used by Eugene Marx Claus (pre Bourdois & Bloch) in Paris between 1868 and 1887. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 9 1/4 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
