The is a set of four Royal Art Guild custom dinner plates featuring an antique Tiffany-style design with gold encrusted floral patterns on a cream ground. Each plate has a glossy finish and measures 11.25 inches in diameter. Custom made of porcelain, these plates are characterized by elegance and classic style, suitable for all occasions. The Minton “Gold Crocus” dinnerware set, retailed by Tiffany & Co. Is a distinguished collection of fine bone china produced in England between 1940 and 1969. This pattern, identified by the code H4765, features scalloped edges adorned with gold gilding on a white background, with a central gold crocus flower motif. This pattern is currently discontinued, making complete sets relatively rare and sought after by collectors. For instance, a set of twelve Minton “Gold Crocus” dinner plates was previously auctioned, highlighting the pattern’s appeal among enthusiasts. Complete service for 12 of Minton for Tiffany Neoclassical Style Gilded Plates. Here is a rarely available 22-karat gold on ivory ground complete service for 12 from Minton, Stoke-on Trent, England. The set includes dinner, salad, dessert and bread plates, as well as double-handled cream soups with underplates and teacups with saucers. One extra dinner plate is provided for 97 pieces total. This Minton pattern was so popular that it was in production from 1915 until Minton ceased gold encrusted production some time in the 1980s. This is a rare chance to own a spectacular gilded dining set. Would be fantastic at holiday time or for an elegant dinner party. The plates feature 4 large rectangular panels containing a neoclassical style ornament composed of a central lotus flower and scrolling acanthus, these panels are separated by 4 smaller panels that contain a quatrefoil ornament composed of four linked lotus flowers that surround a beaded oval that itself encloses a diamond form. All this design is rendered in 22-karat raised paste gold, and 22-karat acid etched gold bands surround the panels, plate well and plate rim. More pieces are available if you desire a truly large set. The service consists of. 13 dinner plates, 10 1/2″ wide, 12 salad plates, 8 7/8″ wide, 12 dessert plates, 7 3/4 wide, 12 bread and butter plates, 6 1/4 wide, 12 double-handled cream soup or bullion.
