Hutschenreuther Bavaria 6 Dinner Plates Heavy Embossed Gold w/Floral Center. This is a wonderful set of 6 dinner plates made by Hutschenreuther in Selb Bavaria. They are large dinner plates measuring 10 1/4 inches across. Each has a large embossed band of gold around the entire rim and there is a thin string band or ring of gold at the shoulder where the rim dips downward into the center of the plate. Next is another heavily embossed 1 gold band and a flower design in the center. Please view the photos for a better idea of the embossed design. Set is in Excellent Condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. Gold is in excellent barely used if it all condition. One plate has 2 dark spots in the gold. It may clean with jewelry cleaner but I did not try. I was afraid of damage. The spots do not harm the plate but they are visible. The body of the plate is bright white.
